I actually did it several months ago after finishing reading Wizards At War for the second time, but I only recently got it completely finished. It's kind of got spoilers for WaW so watch out.

Like the fanart, these are sorted alphabetically by author; summaries and ratings are also provided by the author.
A note about fanfiction: unlike art, which I'm indiscriminate with because I don't really have very good artistic taste, also, there's so little of it, I'm a bit more picky about my fanfic. Not a lot more, though. However, I am only going to be recc'ing stuff which I personally have read and enjoyed unless you bring it to my attention. If there's something that you love not on here, feel absolutely free to tell me and I will add it no questions asked (although I'll probably read it first).
