Hey guys.  First time poster here.  I thought I'd share a comic I finished up recently. I actually did it several months ago after finishing reading Wizards At War for the second time, but I only recently got it completely finished. It's kind of got spoilers for WaW so watch out.

Cool! I had fun doing this and it was a good discipline exercise for me. I was surprised how quickly I got the initial linework done, but the coloring took forever because I couldn't figure out how to color the third page. I finally finished it when I had a portfolio review and was determined to finish it. A friend of my was kind enough to color the last two pages for me, which is where that awesome moon in the last panel on the last page comes from

I actually considered doing that but my problem is that drawing something takes a heck of a lot of time, so if I don't have the proper motivation for working with somebody (i.e. Money, for a grade, etc.) I really don't feel motivated to try and finish it. This was a pure discipline exercise for me, to see if I could really do it. But if I could find a good fanfic author, I'd definitely give it a shot.

Thank you! I was a little worried when I wrote it because I didn't think he really had enough Irish in his speech. I really wanted it to feel like he had an accent but I couldn't figure out how to do it, so I just went with it.

Thank you! I'm a Nita/Ronan shipper mostly because I think N/K are just better as friends... at least I think that's what I think. Mostly I want to see Kit start liking a girl just to see how it would go. Well a girl who isn't the Lone Power.

Awesome awesome couple. They're so arrogant that they can bring one another down and peg and then take each other up an even better peg. What I need to do is find a good writer who can give me a nice short story to draw. It could be one where she fell asleep on the couch or something trying to track him down and just dreams or something....Hmmmm maybe I should try reading WaW again.

Thank you! That was my favorite page to draw and the hardest thing to color. It was so worth it when I finally got it done though. Since we're talking things we love, I love your icon, what is it from?

Unfortunately there's no special story to it-- it's just a random stock image that I happened upon and decided to turn into an icon!

Really? I thought I had seen somebody make a YW icon out of it and kept thinking "Man that could be ronan...and Fred....or a box of light which he happened upon with awesome universe messing powers and it could like destroy the lone power and make everybody happy but if you get rid of the Lone Power to get rid of the power to change to grow to improve and to get rid of the bad so that you can make room for the good so he has to make a decision to whether to use to box or get rid of it and instead he just closes it and pulls out a marker and writes on the side of the box 'Do not open until the end of days'and sets it on a very high shelf in his room." Man I rambled....and i should totally draw that~!

Hahaha that was probably me; I made a couple bursts of YW icons a few years back that I posted here and I think I used the image for one or two. The one I'm using now is a sort of personal remix.

And yeah! I thought it looked like him too, which is about 75% of the reason I decided to use it in the first place.

Yes, you should draw it! More awesome Ronan art can only be a good thing!

Yes thank you! I appreciate all things relating to my art! I had a bit of a hard time with it though cause I wanted to draw the spear but the spear I draw is really detailed and I couldn't get it to work well with the panels, so I just turned it into a glowing ball of fire! Which worked out well because that's the page I learned how to make things glow on!
