It's generally between 9 and 12 months after the hardback, so that's a good rule of thumb.

I don't know, but I distinctly remember waiting FOREVER for the paperbook version of Wizard's Holiday. Like, at least a year, I'm almost certain it was longer.

Yes, the computer wiz one, and possibly others (though they may belong to other people, not me, and are also uncredited). I'd do some double-checking, if I were you.
