Fandom: Doctor Who/Young Wizards crossover

Summary: The Crossings is, as the name says, a sort of interglactic crossroads that sees all sorts of folks. Two of the Powers That Be cross paths for enough time for a little catching up and a little conversation.
Spoilers: set Pre-Wizards at War, mid-Season Two of Doctor. A pretty good idea of who the characters are helps.
