When Fred is vomiting objects, Tom and Carl stabilize his condition so that he's not doing it anymore. But they can't actually reverse his emissions, can they? The Learjet stayed on the school grounds... and those black diamonds, or whatever they were, that he spat up in the house... they would have stayed in the house, right? Meaning that T&C could sell them?
